If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure a smooth and fair resolution.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the personal and consumable nature of our products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong product (different from your order).
  • The product was damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • You received an expired or opened item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
  • You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the issue are required.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Email us at support@aurehurb.com or WhatsApp our customer care team.
  • Include your order number, photos of the product, and a short description of the issue.
  • Once approved, we will share return shipping instructions.
  • Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage in transit.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified via email or WhatsApp.
  • If approved, a refund or replacement will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or card).
  • Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage in transit.

4. Exchanges

We currently offer product exchanges only for damaged or incorrect items.
If you need to exchange an item, contact us at support@aurehurb.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Items purchased during sales or promotions
  • Gift cards or sample packs

5.Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order if it has not yet been shipped.

To cancel, contact us immediately at support@aurehurb.com with your order number.
